Seabreeze Condominiums, previously known as Sea Gate Village, comprises 93 condo units constructed in 1991. KOTI LLC took charge of the community from the original developer in October 2010. Currently, the company is in the process of renovating 47 units and supporting the HOA in enhancing the community's exterior. Seabreeze is approved by FHA, and several homes are immediately available for occupancy. The community presents one-bedroom condos for $85,000 and two-bedroom condos for $123,000. Our remodeled condos come with premium flooring, granite countertops, new cabinets, renovated bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, new carpet, and paint. All condos in the community have balcony space and assigned parking in the parking structure. The community is equipped with a swimming pool, a sizable club room, two large courtyards with fountains, laundry facilities on-site, and a full-time, on-site manager. The HOA dues are $235 per month, irrespective of the size.
