About This Bangor Elderly Housing
If you are a senior aged 62 years or older, or disabled, and have a low income, Bangor Elderly Housing can provide you with subsidized government low income rate housing. Qualification is based on income guidelines, and if you meet the requirements, you can apply by contacting the apartment at 610-377-8099 during office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The apartment also accepts HUD subsidies, which means that if you qualify for low income housing and there are available apartments, your rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. The apartments available are 1 bedroom units. Call for more information.
