The complex features 75 barrier-free apartments, all on the first floor, with fully-equipped kitchens and separate dining areas for entertaining. Carpeting and individually controlled heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort. Each apartment comes with a private patio area, perfect for relaxing. Laundry facilities are available on-site for added convenience. The apartment also accepts HUD subsidies, and if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. One and two-bedroom apartments are available for rent.
