Our hours of operation are as follows: Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday/Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We also offer appointments during evenings and weekends upon request. Newberry Estates accepts HUD subsidies, which means that if you qualify for low-income housing and there are available apartments, your rent will be based on 30% of your adjusted gross income.
