About This Allentown Towne House Apartments
We are currently accepting applications for our waiting list. Our apartments feature one bedroom, and water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. We are also pet-friendly and have a total of 160 units available. Our community is open to seniors aged 62 and older, as well as those who are handicapped or disabled.
Our community features a variety of amenities, including a community room, on-site laundry facilities, a convenience store, resident activities, professional on-site management, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Each apartment also includes air conditioning, a garbage disposal, all necessary appliances, an emergency pull cord system, and sprinklers for added safety.
Furthermore, our apartments accept HUD subsidies. If you qualify for low-income housing and we have available apartments, your rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Please call us for more information and to learn more about our one bedroom apartments.
