About This Plum Tree Apartments
We are currently accepting applications for our waiting list for both 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Our apartments include water, sewer, and trash in the rent and unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Rent is based on income for our general occupancy of 15 residential units. Our community features private, gated parking, a playground area, a community room, a tele-entry system, sprinklers and smoke detectors, laundry facilities, handicap accessibility, professional management, and a 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Our apartments also include mini-blinds, an electric range, a refrigerator, and a garbage disposal.
We accept HUD subsidies for our apartments and if you qualify for low-income housing and we have available apartments, your rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. For more information, please call us. We offer both 2 and 3 bedroom apartments at our location.
