The Roosevelt Arms is a tall apartment complex situated on Penn Avenue in Downtown Pittsburgh. They provide one-bedroom apartments that offer equal opportunities for all.
The apartment amenities include all utilities, a living room, select units that feature a walk-in closet, additional storage space, a range/oven, a refrigerator, garbage disposal, air conditioning, cable-ready, plush wall to wall carpeting, laundry facilities located in the building, tile floors in the kitchens and bathrooms, and a great view of the city.
Please note that the Roosevelt Arms does not permit pets on their premises.
