About This Ivy Residence I and II

Salvation Army Ivy Residence I & II is a housing complex designed for senior citizens in Philadelphia's Wynnefield Heights neighborhood. The building offers 127 apartment units, all of which are designated for elderly residents. The facility also has four units that are specifically designed for disabled individuals. To be eligible for residency, individuals must be at least 62 years old and meet Section 8 low or very low income requirements. Rent is calculated at 30% of the resident's income.
