This is an apartment complex designed for low income individuals. Funding is provided directly by the government to the owner of the complex, allowing for reduced rent rates for those in need. To inquire about available low rate senior housing apartments, please contact the complex at 740-532-0694. This community is specifically targeted to those aged 62 and older and/or those who are disabled. Rent rates are calculated based on household income and are limited to 30% of the combined adjusted income. Please note that there may be a waiting list for available apartments and full financial disclosure is required. There are also maximum income guidelines that apply. The complex office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This apartment complex accepts HUD subsidies. If you qualify for low income housing and there are available apartments, rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Please call for more information about available 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
