Terrill Suites is a rental housing community that is owned by Ravenna Family Housing LP and managed by Portage Metropolitan Housing Authority. It is located at 858 1/2 Cleveland Road, Ravenna, Ohio, and features 65 townhouse style units. All units were renovated in late 2013. Rent is made affordable through a contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and is based on a percentage of residents' income.
The community also boasts a community center that houses the rental management office and hosts community events, such as resident parties, speakers, and a summer lunch program. Additionally, the community center offers a laundry room for residents who do not have washer/dryer hookups in their apartments. Other amenities include air conditioning, storage buildings, and an on-site supportive services coordinator who helps residents with referrals to programs and services that promote efforts to move to economic self-sufficiency and improve their quality of life.
