About This Bowling Green Estates
Bowling Green Estates is an Affordable Housing Program (LIHTC) that caters to low-income households. All residents are required to meet income guidelines, and Section 8 vouchers are welcome. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays. For inquiries, please contact 419-353-5800. Our units come in 2 bed 1 bath and 3 bed 1.5 bath options. For the former, the starting rate is $505/month, with a $300 security deposit. The latter is priced at $646/month, with a $350 security deposit. Please note that tenants are responsible for paying all utilities, including gas, electric, and water.
Our properties have undergone recent upgrades and are situated in an excellent location that is part of the Bowling Green City Schools district. Each unit is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, and there are on-site laundry facilities available. Additionally, there is ample parking for residents. Our amenities include air conditioning, on-site laundry, garbage disposal, ADA accessible units, and pet-friendly accommodations.
