Our apartments come in 1 and 2 bedroom options, and the rent and deposit are based on your income. All of our 1 bedroom apartments are HUD subsidized. To be eligible for assistance, the Heads of Households or Co-heads must be aged 62 and over or disabled, with priority given to the elderly aged 62 and over. Our rent includes all utilities and a basic cable package, making it a convenient option for you. Our apartments are located near shopping centers, restaurants, and banking facilities. Here are some of the things we offer to our residents: air conditioning, basic cable, carpet throughout, appliances, resident parking, and convenience to banks, restaurants, churches, post office, hospitals, and pharmacies. We also provide resident activities, exercise classes, crafts, handicap accessibility, a community room with a kitchen and library, sprinkler system throughout the building, smoke detectors in each unit, a controlled entry system and video surveillance, a bus stop in front of the building, prescription delivery, laundry facilities, a non-slip bathtub with grab bars, storage closet in each suite, and meals on wheels available. Our apartments accept HUD subsidies, and if you qualify for low-income housing and we have available apartments, the rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Contact us for more details.
