In addition, our location falls within the highly rated Poway Unified School District in Southern California. Our 2 and 3-bedroom apartments feature refinished interiors, private patios or balconies, and ample storage.
At Canyon Rim Apartments, we offer a range of amenities to our residents, including assigned parking, basketball court, picnic areas with barbecue grills, convenient laundry care centers, resident services such as an after-school program and adult classes, and onsite recycling.
Our office hours are as follows: Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Wednesday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sunday: Closed. We are also located within the Poway Unified School District and have easy access to the I-15 Freeway. Additionally, we participate in the HOME Fund program.
