About This Nokota Ridge Apartments
This is a community of affordable housing with 40 apartments distributed among five 2-story buildings and a Community Center of 1,200 sq. ft. Each apartment has its own entrance, and they come in two types: 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and 3-bedroom, 2-bath. Households of all sizes are welcome.
The apartments feature individual entries, frost-free refrigerators, microwaves, window coverings, patios/balconies, air conditioning, washer & dryer hookups, dishwashers, and garbage disposals. The community offers snow plowing, an on-site manager, a playground, pet-friendly policies, and water & sewer services included. The 1,200 sq. ft. Community Building includes a kitchen, gathering space, and promotes a great sense of community. Trash removal services are also included.
