Country Village is a senior apartment community that is designed for individuals who are 62 years or older and those who have mobility impairments. The community is owned and developed by North Carolina Grand Lodge Independent Order of Odd Fellows NC and is professionally managed by Community Management Corporation. Conveniently located at 201 Park Ridge Circle off Country Club Road in Winston Salem, Country Village is just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers, parks, churches, and public transportation. The apartments are available in one or two bedrooms and come with a private entrance, spacious closets, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, frost-free refrigerators, range, garbage disposal, electric heating/air, and cable connections. The community amenities include a community building with high-speed internet access computers, large screen TV, pool tables, fellowship hall, library, spa, exercise equipment, and laundry facilities. Additionally, residents can enjoy the onsite greenhouse, gardening area, and picnic shelter with a barbeque pit. Section 8 assistance is available, but income restrictions apply. The rental office is open from Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.
