About This Poco Way Apartments
Poco Way Apartments is a family housing community that accepts Section 8 vouchers. We offer garden-style apartments in one, two, three, and four-bedroom options. Our homes are spacious and well-designed to provide a tranquil living environment.
Located in the heart of San Jose, CA, our community provides easy access to shopping malls and major freeways such as 101, 680, and 280. We aim to end your apartment search in San Jose and provide you with an affordable home at Poco Way Apartments.
Our rental rates are based on income and range from $965 for a one-bedroom apartment to $1776 for a four-bedroom unit. These rates were last updated in September 2015, so please call us for updated rates. To qualify for our housing, your household income must fall within the 50% or 60% category of the TCAC and City of San Jose Income Limits.
We offer rental assistance through the LIHTC program, and our 130 units were completed in 1996. While we love pets, we do not allow them on our property. Additionally, smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, grounds, or common areas. Smokers must exit the property to smoke.
