Our mission is to provide assistance to the underprivileged community members residing in Greene county, NY, which is predominantly rural and located south of Albany. The county comprises of two distinct areas - the Hudson river and the mountaintop, which includes the renowned skiing spots of Hunter and Windham. Unfortunately, a significant portion of county residents spend over 33% of their earnings on rent, while homeowners have a lesser burden.

authority, either central or local. The federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) department
addressed concerns of distressed properties and blighted superblocks with revitalization and funding
projects for the renewal of public housing to decrease its density and allow for tenants with mixed
