Immediate occupancy is not available, as they work from a waitlist. Rent for all unit types includes electricity, heat, and hot water, with on-site parking, laundry, and 24-hour emergency maintenance services provided by the community. Southgate is located within the Woodlawn School District, and a pet policy is enforced (please inquire). All applicants must undergo a credit and background screening upon submission of their application.
