Established in 1971, the Wong Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization incorporated in California. The Wong Center manages a residential community of 187 units, known as "the Project," located in Sacramento, California. The Project is governed by Section 236 of the National Housing Act and is regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Wong Center's main goal is to offer senior citizens with low income an affordable and high-quality living experience.
