Colonial Park Apartments is a newly constructed housing program located at 401 South Evergreen Avenue in Woodbury, NJ. The program is designed specifically for elderly families with incomes below 60% of the area median income and is supported by Section 8. The building consists of 200 one-bedroom apartments, including 20 modified units for physically disabled individuals.
Tenants at Colonial Park Apartments are responsible for paying 30% of their adjusted monthly income for rent and utilities.
