The community comprises of 60 spacious one-bedroom apartments with individual washers and dryers, balconies, and private parking, all within a short distance of the beach, boardwalk, and downtown shops. The apartments are located just a block away from The Shores, where residents can choose to access additional services such as transportation, beauty and barber shop, meals, and housekeeping. If you qualify for low-income housing and HUD subsidies are available, the rent is calculated based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
