About This New Bridge Independent Housing
One of NewBridge's main objectives is to assist the people in their community, particularly those who have special needs or come from low- to moderate-income families, in finding suitable housing options. Residential care programs were established to help these residents achieve independent living in their own homes. Working closely with public/private and nonprofit partners and municipalities, NewBridge has developed over 200 affordable housing units, mainly for individuals and families with special needs. It is worth noting that this apartment complex accepts HUD subsidies, which means that if you qualify for low-income housing and there are available units, the rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
