About This OMHS Housing 2005 for the Disabled
Ocean MHS offers a range of Residential Services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. These services include Beacon House, Anchor House, Chelsea House, Wave Apartments, Sharon's House, Beach Program, and Scattered Site Housing. The type of housing provided depends on the level of support needed by the individual. Our goal is to enhance the lives of our consumers by providing them with the necessary support to move towards long-term, independent living. Our services range from group homes with 24-hour support to scattered independent, low-income housing.
If you are interested in learning more about our Residential Services, please call (732) 575-1111 or (877) 621-0445. Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We also accept HUD subsidies for our apartments. If you qualify for low-income housing and we have available apartments, your rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Please call for more details. We currently have 1-bedroom apartments available at this location.
