Laundry facilities are on-site and each apartment has a stove, refrigerator, central air conditioning and an emergency pull cord.
The building has an intercom system linked to the telephone to allow visitors in as well as an on-site concierge that is there 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
Activities for the residents include exercise classes, blood pressure and glucose checks and social events for each holiday.
