About This Community House for the Disabled

The shared living residence at Community House provides housing for eight self-directed and mentally competent adults with disabilities. The eligibility criteria includes being mentally competent, having severe physical disabilities that cannot be eliminated through medical procedures, requiring assistance with daily activities, showing motivation and ability to participate in community living, being capable of self-evacuation with or without assistive devices, not receiving services from DDD, not needing nursing services, and meeting HUD guidelines for very low income.
This apartment complex also accepts HUD subsidies. If you qualify for low income housing and there are available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. One and two bedroom apartments are available at this location. Call for more information.
