Meadow Road Senior Housing is a senior living facility in close proximity to downtown Newport. It is comprised of 25 one-bedroom apartments specifically designed for seniors aged 62 and above. As a resident, you can enjoy numerous conveniences such as an elevator, laundry room, community room, off-street parking, and mail delivery. All apartments are subsidized under Section 202, which includes utilities, trash and snow removal. To be eligible for tenancy, applicants must meet income requirements and tenant selection criteria. The facility also accepts HUD subsidies, which means that if you qualify for low-income housing and there are available apartments, rent will be calculated as 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
