Office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Our community offers a range of amenities including online payment options, billiards and games room, CitiLift service at the lobby display, and close proximity to shopping, medical facilities, and casinos. We also have a club house, courtyard gardens, a cozy library retreat, and discounted cable services. Our full-service hair salon is available to all residents. We have laundry facilities, a media room, and offer recreational planned activities. Our building is secured and we accept Section 8 vouchers. We have a variety of social activities available including a continental breakfast on Saturdays, relaxing social rooms with fireplaces, and rooftop gardens. We offer underground gated parking and RTC bus services for your convenience. Our apartments come with air conditioning and gas heat, frost-free refrigerators, full-size dishwashers, garbage disposals, and microwaves. Our laundry centers are conveniently located on every floor, and we have limited access to our building for security purposes. Our professional management team is always available to assist you. We also offer reduced rate cable and storage spaces are available. We allow up to two pets with a maximum weight of 25lbs each, and there is a $25.00 monthly rent per pet and a $250.00 deposit. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available at our location.
