Sapphire Lutheran Homes is an independent living community located in Hamilton Montana that caters to senior citizens aged 62 and above. The community is managed by St. John's Lutheran Ministries and abides by a Christian-based, non-profit philosophy to enhance the quality of life for its residents. The campus boasts a stunning view of the Bitterroot Mountains and is situated near Beaver Lake on well-maintained grounds. There are 64 individual homes offering one- and two-bedroom apartments with small kitchens, allowing residents to prepare their own meals or entertain guests. Furthermore, residents can enjoy exceptional meals and camaraderie in the dining room as well as a shared common area with friends. Housekeeping and maintenance services are also provided.
This apartment accepts HUD subsidies and if you qualify for low income housing, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Please call for further details. The community offers one- and two-bedroom apartments.
