About This Callyn Heights Apartments, LP

Our apartments at Callyn Heights are designated as Low Income Tax Credit units, and are exclusively set aside for families whose income is 60% of the Median Income or lower. Please note that these income limits may be subject to change by regulatory bodies. Tenants are responsible for paying for electric utility, phone, and cable television. However, we provide water, sewer, and trash services. If the income of a household currently living in one of our income-restricted units increases to the point where they no longer qualify for the unit, they may still continue to live in the rental unit. In order to be eligible for housing, the rental unit must be the applicant's sole place of residence. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm. Please see the following chart for our income limits and rent schedule: - 1 Bedroom: Rent is $450 per month, and the minimum annual income required is $18,000. - 2 Bedroom: Rent is $550 per month, and the minimum annual income required is $22,000. - 3 Bedroom: Rent is $650 per month, and the minimum annual income required is $26,000. Please note that the maximum income limits are determined by the size of the household, as follows: - 1 Person: Maximum income limit is $23,400. - 2 Persons: Maximum income limit is $26,760. - 3 Persons: Maximum income limit is $30,120. - 4 Persons: Maximum income limit is $33,420. - 5 Persons: Maximum income limit is $36,120. - 6 Persons: Maximum income limit is $38,820.
