Clinton Manor covers the cost of water, hot water, trash, and sewer, while residents are responsible for gas and electric bills. Cable television is offered at a discounted rate. Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. Small pets weighing 25 lbs or less are permitted with a $300 deposit fee. For service dogs, the deposit fee is waived.
