About This Ash Place Senior Apartments
Office hours are restricted to Mondays and Thursdays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Our senior apartments, which are available in 1 and 2 bedroom configurations, are affordably priced and cater to those with limited income. As of October 2014, rates range from $419 to $522 per month, though these rates are subject to change. In order to qualify, certain age and income restrictions apply. All of our apartments are fully electric and come with full kitchens and ceiling fans. Residents enjoy controlled access to the community and can take advantage of amenities such as laundry facilities on each floor, a rooftop patio, a library, and a computer lab.
