Our 1 bedroom units offer a great location with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and pantry. Rental assistance is available for those who meet the qualifications. Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. At Fairway Management, our mission is to manage affordable housing that we would be proud to live in ourselves. Our Managers receive customized training in customer service, leasing, fair housing law, safety, and Section 42 Tax Credit compliance. We also work with local community professionals to offer extra services tailored to fit the community's needs. For example, residents at our senior properties may have access to health lectures, medical screenings, home health services, hair care, transportation, social programs, and community events. Similarly, our family property residents may access community resources to assist in financial planning, home ownership, and family social services. We manage properties that feature amenities such as laundry facilities, playgrounds, green spaces, barbeque areas, parking, on-site maintenance, lawn care, trash service, and snow removal. We invite you to tour our affordable housing communities and experience the difference. Please note that certain income restrictions may apply. Our amenities include all-electric appliances, a full kitchen with a range/oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and microwave oven. Other features include ceiling fans, a front porch, community room, laundry facilities, lawn care, private parking, on-site manager's office, maintenance, and handicapped accessible units.
