Our 1 bedroom units offer a great location with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and pantry. Rental assistance is available for those who meet the qualifications. Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. At Fairway Management, our mission is to manage affordable housing that we would be proud to live in ourselves. We manage properties that feature amenities such as laundry facilities, playgrounds, green spaces, barbeque areas, parking, on-site maintenance, lawn care, trash service, and snow removal.
