About This Marshall Housing Authority
These apartments range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and are completely tiled with an industrial finish, resembling that of a hospital. The living room is spacious, the kitchen comes with an eat-in dining area that can accommodate a table and four chairs, and there is a laundry room with hook-ups for a washer and dryer. The pantry area and laundry room are combined, except for the High Circle apartments which have a separate laundry room. Moving down the hallway, you will find the bedrooms and bathroom. There are four sets of apartments located around town, including College Circle, High Circle, Morrow Circle, and Vest Circle, as well as the Towers which cater to the elderly and feature three stories with elevators. All four circles feature brick duplex apartments. While Vest Circle may have a questionable reputation (though we are talking about a small town here), College Circle is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, Morrow Circle is across from the Missouri Valley College football field, and High Circle boasts a quiet location with few nearby neighbors. Vest Circle is the most isolated of the options. To view the College Circle apartments, simply search for Mallory Place apartments on Google Images and look for the brick duplexes across from McDonald's.
How to apply
Public housing is a form of housing tenure in which the property is usually owned by a government
authority, either central or local. The federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) department
addressed concerns of distressed properties and blighted superblocks with revitalization and funding
projects for the renewal of public housing to decrease its density and allow for tenants with mixed
income levels.
