Office hours for our location are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Our apartments offer convenient features such as a 24-hour laundry facility, air conditioning, ample closet space, a bathroom vanity, cable readiness, central heat, a coat closet, a garbage disposal, high-speed internet access, individual thermostats, large walk-in closets, a linen closet, mini blinds, a refrigerator, secured entry, smoke detectors, updated light fixtures, wall-to-wall carpeting, and more.
Our community features a 24-hour emergency maintenance service, ample gated parking, a community room, an elevator, emergency answering service, friendly staff, intercom entries, a mid-rise vintage building, on-site snow removal, professionally managed services, and wheel-chair accessibility. We also allow pets, including cats and dogs weighing under 30 lbs, with a non-refundable fee of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $30. A maximum of two pets are allowed.
