This apartment complex operates on a project-based model and unfortunately, they do not accept Section 8 vouchers. Additionally, they currently have a waiting list due to the high demand and as a result, the complex is not accepting any new applications. The complex only offers 1 bedroom apartments in each of their buildings and one of the eligibility requirements is that the applicant must be an adult with an intellectual or developmental disability. However, they do accept HUD subsidies for those who qualify for low-income housing and if there are any available apartments, the rent is determined by 30% of the applicant's Adjusted Gross Income.
