About This Buffalo Court Subsidized Apartments
Buffalo Court Apartments offer family-friendly living in a small town setting, with subsidized 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available through the Section 8 program. Rent is calculated at approximately 30% of gross monthly income. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and our friendly staff are on hand to assist you.
We are currently undergoing construction and improvements, with a new community room equipped with kitchen amenities available for residents to use for events such as birthday parties and baby showers. In spring 2004, a new playground will be installed next to the community room, along with improved landscaping and parking lot. Individual apartments will also be upgraded with new kitchens, windows, flooring, bathroom vanity, and bi-fold closet doors.
Additionally, common areas are being updated with new flooring and wall coverings, making Buffalo Court Apartments a desirable place to call home. Rental assistance is available for those who qualify.
