One of the eligibility requirements for applicants is that they must be an adult with intellectual or developmental disabilities. While this apartment complex does accept HUD subsidies, they are unable to accept Section 8 vouchers. At the moment, they have a waiting list for available units and have temporarily stopped accepting new applicants due to the extended wait time.
