About This Northgate Community Housing
This housing complex consists of two adjacent buildings, both containing six two-bedroom apartments, and is designated for low-income individuals. The project is a collaboration between CHP and Zumbro Valley Mental Health Center, aimed at providing affordable housing and support services to adults with chronic mental illnesses, enabling them to live independently in the community. The government provides funding directly to the apartment owner, who in turn charges discounted rent to eligible low-income tenants.
