There are subsidized apartments available in a garden-style building that is between one and four stories tall. There are 24 units available, with a variety of one, two, and three bedroom options. Rent is calculated as 30% of income, and a security deposit of $695 is required. To be eligible for these apartments, at least one adult household member must have a permanent disability and the household must be homeless. As of December 27th, 2018, there is a three bedroom apartment available for immediate occupancy.
