Pet Policy:
- Cats and dogs are allowed, but there is a limit of one dog per apartment in select buildings with breed restrictions, and the weight cannot exceed 50 lbs. A maximum of two cats are allowed.
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 due at move-in and a monthly fee of $35 for each pet.
