The 2 bedroom townhouse is 802 sq. ft. with 1 bath and the 3 bedroom townhouse is 985 sq. ft. with 2 baths. Rent is based on income, with a 30% requirement and one month's rent due at move in. Income restrictions apply and rates are subject to change.
