Our units are also fitted for mobility-impaired individuals, with individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and a designer interior neutral color scheme. Community amenities include on-site laundry facilities, an on-site beauty shop, an activity room, a large community patio with an herb garden, a community room with a flat-panel television, and a resident computer center. We offer monthly planned resident activities including bingo, jigsaw puzzles, musical entertainment, and bible study, as well as weekly shopping trips and other outings. Our community is situated on beautiful Lake Willistein, providing residents with a scenic view. We offer low rent Senior housing apartments with subsidized government low-income rates, and we accept HUD subsidies.
