About This Reservoir Towers
Reservoir Towers is a project-based section 8 housing facility that caters to elderly individuals aged 62 years and above, as well as disabled persons aged 18 years and above. The rent charged is calculated based on 30% of your adjusted gross income, and income guidelines apply. You can submit your application while the waitlist is open, although it's worth noting that most apartments nowadays have waitlists. We've provided the phone number so you can get in touch with us to check your eligibility status and whether the waitlist is open. Please note that the waitlists were closed on June 28, 2019. We also offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, we accept Housing Choice Vouchers.
