Each unit is equipped with central heating and air, range and refrigerator, emergency pull-cord switches in the bedroom and bathroom, and a lovely sitting porch. The apartments are also wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at the renter's expense. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, providing a serene country-like atmosphere, yet the apartments are conveniently located close to town. All apartments are on the ground level with sidewalks providing easy access to all amenities. The rent is calculated based on income and all utilities are paid.
