About This Trinity Terrace
Trinity Terrace is an exceptional senior living community that offers affordable rental options for individuals aged 62 and above. Each of our one bedroom apartments is equipped with a fully functional kitchen that includes a breakfast bar, plush wall-to-wall carpeting, and bathrooms with enhanced safety features and step-in shower stalls. Our apartments are pet-friendly and handicap accessible units are also available.
To qualify for residency, the minimum age requirement is 62 and the maximum income must not exceed 50% of the median income for the Washington area, which varies depending on family size. Our rent costs are based on 30% of your income, in accordance with Section 8 regulations.
Trinity Terrace boasts 72 one bedroom apartments, each with its own patio or porch area. Our community amenities include a dining/meeting room, TV lounge, computer center, arts/crafts/hobby room, library, picnic area, beauty/barber salon, and wellness center. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We accept HUD subsidies, and if you qualify for low-income housing and we have available units, your rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Please call us for further details.
