About This Willow Bend
At Willow Bend, you can find affordable apartments with two, three, or four bedrooms. The rent is calculated based on your household's combined adjusted income, and it will never exceed 30% of that income. Please note that there may be a waiting list, and you will need to provide full financial disclosure. Also, keep in mind that there are maximum income guidelines that apply. Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm.
If you are eligible for low-income housing and qualify for HUD subsidies, you may be able to rent one of our apartments at a reduced rate. The rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call us to find out more about our two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, which are available at different locations.
