Additionally, our community boasts a central air system and convenient laundry care facilities in every building. We are proud to be a pet-friendly community, and we offer affordable housing options with income qualifications that vary depending on the size of the unit. Our minimum income qualifications for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units are $32,080, $38,506, and $44,506, respectively. Maximum income qualifications range from $45,900 for an individual to $76,020 for a family of 6. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm, and Sundays from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
