You can visit us during our office hours, which are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Our apartment complex features a unique converted schoolhouse that was built in 1891, with modern updates throughout. The architecture is historic downtown style, with high ceilings and over-sized windows. Select apartments have exposed brick walls, adding character to the space. All apartments have plush wall-to-wall carpeting, large closets with plenty of storage, and modern espresso cabinetry. Our community offers city living with modern comfort, including amenities such as a library/study, free additional resident storage, controlled access building, panoramic city views, and proximity to Clifton Lake Park. We have 24-hour maintenance, on-site management, and gated resident parking lot, which is free for residents. We also have a business center and community room. We offer both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments at this location.
