About This Hampton Place Apartments
Our office is open from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. To rent one of our apartments, you will need to have the Housing Voucher paperwork. Additionally, you will be responsible for paying the deposit and application fee, as well as setting up the electric service in your name.
If you choose a one-bedroom apartment, the deposit will be $300 and the application fee will be $30. The monthly rent will be $440. If you opt for a two-bedroom apartment, the deposit and application fee will be the same, but the monthly rent will be $540.
All our leases are for 12 months, and you will need to have the electric service in your name. However, we will cover the cost of water and gas.
