The apartment complex offers three different types of apartments: 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, and 3 bedrooms with 1 and a half bathrooms. The rental rates and deposit amounts for each unit type are as follows:
- 1 BR 1 Bath: $425 / $440 per month with a $200 deposit
- 2 BR 1 Bath: $485 / $500 per month with a $250 deposit
- 3 BR 1 1/2 Bath: $575 / $595 per month with a $250 deposit
